Job Summary:
As a Barista, you will support the hotel's financial goals by delivering exceptional guest service in the daily operation of Starbucks facilities and other areas of the Food and Beverage departments. You will prepare and serve beverages and food to guests while maintaining high-quality product and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize revenues and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages according to standard operating procedures, ensuring proper proportions and ingredients while controlling costs and providing a consistent product to guests.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to maximize efficiency, setting up the bar and back bar according to established procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest requests in a friendly manner, following up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform pre- and post-shift side work, including stocking, servicing stations, and making coffee.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months of F&B outlet customer services experience, preferably with previous Barista experience.
- Incredibly friendly and customer-centric, with a positive and accommodating attitude when interacting with customers.
- Provide a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
