**Job Summary:**
As a key member of the ADERO Scottsdale team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our Starbucks facilities. Your primary focus will be on preparing and serving beverages and food to guests, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare beverages according to standard operating procedures, including proper proportions and ingredients control costs, provide a consistent product to the guests.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to maximize efficiency, set up the bar and back bar according to established procedures.
- Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner, follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform pre and post-shift side work, including stock service station makes coffee etc.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- A minimum of 6 months of F&B outlet customer services experience, preferably previous Barista experience.
- An incredibly friendly and customer-centric attitude, with a love for smiling and providing positive interactions with customers.
- A professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
