**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare beverages requested by customers or servers according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to maximize efficiency.
- Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner.
- Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- A minimum of 6 months of F&B outlet customer services experience, preferably previous Barista experience.
- An incredibly friendly and customer-centric attitude.
- A professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
