Job Overview
We are seeking a bilingual English/ Spanish detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and databases. This role requires strong clerical skills, proficiency in Quick books, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Input and update data in databases and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy.
- Transcribe information from various sources into digital formats.
- Maintain records in an organized manner for easy retrieval.
- Assist procurement department with supplier communications and order processing.
- Assist warehouse manager with warehouse inventory.
- Assist with order entry processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform clerical duties as needed to support overall office operations.
Experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is required.
- Experience with databases and data entry systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is a plus.
- Familiarity with order entry processes is advantageous.
