Telecommunication Services Installation Technician
ADEX Corporation is a leading provider of innovative telecommunication services. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Telecommunication Services Installation Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for installing or repairing telecommunication services at customer premises, including telephone, internet, and video services. Your tasks will involve installing, replacing, rearranging fiber jumpers and outside/inside wiring, making various attachments to poles and buildings, mounting ONTs, power supplies, and battery backups, and installing internet hubs, routers, set-top boxes, and configuring computers.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience in telephone service, CATV installations, knowledge of coax cable sizes and types, experience with test sets, routers, and home networking. Additionally, they should possess a technical understanding of loss, attenuation, and tiling, as well as working skills within attics and crawl spaces. Proficiency in computer skills is also required.
