Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, business administration).
• Proven experience in operations and engineering management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

• Pay rate: $55 per hour.
