Job Overview:

The ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse to fill a travel healthcare professional position in an ICU setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment, assessing and managing the physical and emotional needs of critically ill patients.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the medical team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the United States, with at least 1 year of experience in an ICU setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and empathy for patients and families.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
