Physical Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Robinson, Illinois. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and create personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Administer various types of physical therapy treatments, including exercises, manual therapies, and modalities, to help patients recover from injuries or illnesses.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans, as well as adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing the practice of physical therapy.

Requirements:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Licensure in the state of Illinois is necessary, along with any additional certifications or specialized training relevant to the position.
• A minimum of one year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, preferably in an acute care setting, is preferred.
