What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Coordinator position at ADEX?

Pay Rate : $22 per hour

Essential Job Functions

Enters accurately data and information on state web sites related to Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act Tier II
Completes bulk mailings and associated fees to local & state agencies
Ensures goal timelines are met, produces periodic status updates in a timely manner for review by project lead
Issues Notice to Proceed documentation to Environmental Vendors

Experience / Minimum Requirements

Two (2) years working in an office environment that is data & team driven

Other Skills / Abilities

Strong PC skills - Excel knowledge

Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a team environment

Ability to maintain and follow schedules & deadlines

Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure

Able to use a computer in a network environment

Salary : $22
