Salary: $85,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
Overview: ADF International, a North American leader in the design, engineering, fabrication, and installation of complex steel structures and modular construction, is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our steel fabrication plant in Great Falls, Montana. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the oversight of all maintenance and equipment related to the facilities infrastructure/operations.

General Expectations and Responsibilities:
- Receives and processes maintenance requests as they are developed from various departments.
- Direct maintenance personnel to execute maintenance requests according to priority.
- Work with the purchasing department to procure replacement components for equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment such as electrical installations, overhead cranes, CNC equipment, and rolling stock.
- Manage the maintenance crew.
- Facilitates testing equipment to locate defects and measure performance.
- Determines the need for adjustments and verifies specified and proper operation.
- May be assigned to operate a variety of equipment including forklifts, cranes, loaders, and various production equipment.
- Organizes various inspections for the facility to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance, electrical circuits, and machine functions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Perform effective diagnostic testing and troubleshooting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Perform effective diagnostic testing and troubleshooting.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education, Training, or Work Experience
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalency
- Valid driver’s license.
- 5 years’ experience in an industrial and/or commercial maintenance/facilities operation.
- Previous experience of supervisory and management duties
