The successful candidate will have a healthcare administrative background and possess strong organizational skills, IT competency, and the ability to multitask. They should also be familiar with medical terminology and have a caring, empathetic, and compassionate approach when interacting with patients.
This role requires an individual who can work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be professional yet warm, reassuring, and empathetic, and able to provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient appointment schedules in a purposeful and effective manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to online telehealth sessions
- Handle telephone calls of all types, including emergency calls and calls from prospective new patients
- Provide administrative support to clinicians
