You will support operational processes, assist with project management, develop process improvement recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for learning. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced financial services professionals, develop professional skills, and building a network of contacts.
Responsibilities:
Hourly wage: $17.00 per hour
Internship Duration: June 9th – August 15th

Responsibilities:
- Business Acumen: Gain understanding of the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goal, and all other aspects of service
- Onboarding Planning and Scope Definition: Help collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, scope, and success criteria. Assist with developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgeting, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies
- Project Execution and Monitoring: Help lead project teams in executing transition plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget. Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and proactively identify and address any issues or risks that may impact the transition plan
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Communicate project updates, solicit feedback, and manage expectations throughout the onboarding lifecycle
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Assist with developing risk management plans and strategies to minimize the impact of potential risks. Implement effective issue resolution processes to address project-related challenges
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, subject matter experts, to ensure effective coordination and alignment of onboarding activities. Foster a collaborative and cohesive project team environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and best practices adoption. Proactively contribute to the development and implementation of improvement processes
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong presentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enrolled in a college program in a related field preferred
