Hiring Salary Range : The typical hiring salary for this role, ranges from USD $49882.0 to $94372.0 per year but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
Incentive Eligible (SIP) : This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to null% of your annual salary, and prorated based on hire date. Attaining your sales target qualifies you for 100% of your annual sales incentive, while surpassing sales targets during the performance period enables you to earn additional incentive pay.

JOB DUTIES:
- Provide best-in-class customer service
- Execution of business plan and budget achievement
- Participate in various outbound sales efforts
- Partner with teams to create synergy amongst all business initiatives
- Consultative selling during customer engagement
- Delegation of sales activities and opportunity management
- Overall branch operational and general responsibilities
- Inventory management
- Team management and coordination
- Ability to learn and comprehend electrical based product knowledge in order to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Phone/Email/Walk In Order processing overflow
- 4 years’ experience operations/customer service/sales experience
- 2 years’ management experience
- Demonstrated track record of analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Previous Audio Visual experience

- You are eligible to participate in a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). This incentive is considered variable incentive pay. You can earn an annual sales incentive which is expressed as a percentage (42.86%) of your annual salary. This amount will be prorated based on your hire date. Attaining your sales targets will allow you to achieve 100% of your variable incentive pay. However, overdriving those targets will enable you to increase your variable incentive pay for the SIP performance period.
