ADI Global Distribution, is looking for an experienced Creative Services Design Manager as an essential member of the Marketing & Design team. This role reports to the Creative Director and is responsible for supervising and leading day-to-day responsibilities of designers, enforcing the overall creative direction of the company which you help evolve as well as produce design projects yourself.
The Creative Services Design Manager works to maintain consistent best-in-class marketing, design and branding across the company’s exclusive brands portfolio of products, including all digital mediums produced by the team. Some examples include websites, landing pages, web banners, packaging, digital signage, emails, social media posts, and other customer touchpoints. This person is responsible for alleviating issues and bottle necks that arise and maintaining the timely flow of projects for the team. The team also creates assets for expos, trade shows, vendor symposiums and other company events/campaigns — all within a revenue-driving, growing environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise the creation and deployment of external-facing promotions for all digital marketing activities
• Review and provide design direction to your team to ensure branding consistency and the vision of the Creative Director across all digital customer touchpoints
• Meet with team members individually on current and forward-thinking projects
• Report on rolling action items with Creative Director on weekly activities
• Lead weekly production meetings
• Provide in-depth training to newly hired designers on our various platforms and processes
• Maintain and evolve the corporate (and product) UI/branding guidelines, while providing company-branded assets when required
• Utilize and enforce the use of highly optimized image tools which contribute to site speed
• Ensure timely and accurate production, posting and linking of content
• Refine and document processes including entire project work flows from submission to
completion
• Research, present and execute on new tools to enhance department functionality
• Perform image editing such as shadowing, cropping, resizing and optimizing for web
• Oversee the design and development of our holiday, promotional, sales campaigns and special initiatives
• Design and execute overflow projects when needed
YOU MUST HAVE:
• Minimum 3-5 years successful managing a team of designers and design experience, preferably at a digital agency or in-house web team for a product-driven business
• Strong portfolio of design work, including ecommerce, that demonstrates solutions to business problems through effective design
• Proficiency at using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools such as Workfront
• Strong organization and communication skills as well as deadline driven
