This role will report to the Global Director, HR – ADI and be responsible for multi-function client groups that span across the globe. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to develop HR strategies focused on organizational development, employee engagement, talent management, workforce planning and talent acquisition across the functions globally. You will build upon and rely on your HR functional expertise and effectiveness to align critical HR principles with business objectives. You will have the opportunity to influence the overall performance of the organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with client groups. Partner in building a workforce that delivers a competitive advantage through the collaboration with senior leadership and HR COE's (centers of excellence) while driving engagement and retention. In addition, you will own or participate in programs that run across the broader ADI HR team as we drive initiatives across the ADI organization. To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. You will help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience. You will also drive continuous improvement and lead change throughout the organization.

- Manage talent: Partner with our COE's to create and implement talent management strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent. By leveraging your extensive HR experience, you will identify high-potential individuals, provide coaching and mentorship, and foster a culture of growth and development.
- Build relationships and broker services : Cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and resource broker. Your exceptional communication skills and authenticity will enable you to navigate complex dynamics, influence decision-making, build trust and ensure the successful delivery of critical services.
- Act as a coach and confidant : Create a supportive and empowering environment where individuals can thrive. By acting as a coach and confidant, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and support, helping employees unlock their full potential.
- Partner with training and development: Take the lead in partnering with the CEO's in designing and delivering impactful training programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities. Your ability to artfully convey complex messages clearly will ensure effective knowledge transfer and empower our workforce.
- An authentic and transparent communication style , allowing you to convey even subtle or complex messages with clarity and precision, tailored to the topic and audience
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 10 years of demonstrated experience in HR or related areas, with demonstrated success in HR strategy, organizational development, employee engagement and talent management.
- Proven leadership capability to inspire, develop and lead cross-functional teams and leaders, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and high performance.
