Client Support Associate Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored solutions to clients based on their specific needs and service issues by answering questions and assisting with contract negotiation, closing sales, and customized packages
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of our services, products, and sales promotions through company meetings, webinars, and detailed review of flyers/email updates
- Open new client accounts and accurately input confidential information in a timely manner
- Refer concerns, problems, and questions to upper-level management as needed
- Maintain high-quality service aligned with client policies and guidelines by maintaining a positive attitude and responding to clients calmly

Pay: $850.00 - $1,150.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
