Job Description:
As the International Sales Director for Enterprise Products, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing our expansion efforts across Europe and Latin America. This role is critical in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with distributors and channel partners. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of international sales strategies, an established network within these regions, and a track record of successfully managing and growing channel sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the international sales strategy for Europe and Latin America, aligned with company goals.
- Identify market opportunities, set regional priorities, and establish clear performance metrics.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and other channel partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing partner performance.
- Drive sales growth by supporting partners in achieving sales targets through joint planning, marketing initiatives, and training.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have the tools and resources needed for success.
- Conduct market expansion research to identify emerging opportunities and trends in Europe and Latin America.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and partner events.
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations and company policies.
- Manage budgets and forecasts for international sales.
- Drive continuous improvement in channel sales processes and partner management systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8 years) in international sales, with a strong focus on Europe and Latin America, preferably in technology, electronics, or related industries.
- Proven success in managing and expanding distributor and partner networks.
- Deep understanding of cultural nuances and business practices in both regions.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insight into actionable sales plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, or German).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
