Please note, there are two (2) roles available for this requisition; both in Portland, OR. Candidates who apply to this role may end up in either of these teams.
Team 1 : Digital Analytics - Product & Operations
Our Product & Operations analytics team provides data-driven insights and recommendations to our eCom Merchandising, eCom Consumer Journey, and eCom Operations teams. These insights are used to optimize the onsite customer journey, how we showcase products / content on pages, and overall checkout experience.
Team 2 : Digital Analytics – Consumer & Marketing
Digital Marketing Analytics benchmark consumer performance, generate marketing channel insights and support audience strategy to reach business goals in Consumer & Marketing teams. We achieve this through providing comprehensive measurement framework and accelerating a data-driven decision-making process .
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conduct KPI benchmarking and diagnostic analysis to identify areas of opportunity.
- Provide deep dives and actionable insights for ad-hoc business-related questions.
- Support operational site error alerting and perform root cause analysis.
- Summarize and communicate insights from product and campaign launches.
- Analyze consumer journeys with storytelling, focusing on user experience optimization.
- Evaluate product and campaign performance (e.g., comparing Samba vs. Gazelle.).

In early 2024, we began the three chapter journey into the future, centered on our new brand campaign, You Got This. "You Got This" is designed to motivate everyone to overcome pressure and realize their personal potential.
