Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
We are brand led storytellers who build product offerings that connect with and inspire our consumer. In this role, you will help build and plan a soccer apparel range that services a wide range of consumer touchpoints, including both individual retail and soccer teamwear, helping create and reinforce a positive connection between the consumer and the adidas soccer brand.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, curating, landing, and measuring consumer right assortments for NAM
Engage sales team to collect feedback, action issues, and promptly communicate updates
Ensure data integrity to support product ranging, timely delivery, correct segmentation, and pricing
Support and capture consumer, industry and market insights to ensure a relevant product range is created to meet NAM market needs
Assist in the management our key item and Franchise models across lifecycles to ensure brand health and growth
Support curating channel/account level assortment plans
Support the process and system updates to drive market relevant SMU's
Present and deliver the category go-to-market strategy, range plans and consumer insights to internal and external stakeholders
Continually monitor and communicate the analysis of the product range and sales results to maximize profitability, productivity and growth of future assortments

Minimum Qualifications
Four-year college or university degree, preferably in Business/Merchandising or related field preferred
One (1) year related industry experience
Combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree
Previous merchandising experience in the sporting goods industry preferred
US marketplace experience preferred
Salary : $49,000 - $75,000
