What are the responsibilities and job description for the LM Super User position at Adidas?
Purpose:
Bringing operational excellence in adidas` distribution center (DC) to the next level with a leading labor management (LM) system.
In this role, you will ensure the functionality of the labor management system. During system implementation, you will represent the DC interests and train the DC organization on system usage. After the successful implementation, you are responsible for the sustainable use, maintenance, and further development of the system. You are the key point of contact for all labor management related topics within your DC.
Key responsibilities:
* LM Implementation Phase (as needed w/ system upgrades)
Intensive involvement during implementation to understand and operate the Labor Management System holistically (setup, maintenance, system, system usage, reporting)
Represent the interests of DC operations and management during the implementation - end to end
Train the DC organization on system usage and give ramp-up support to operations and DC management
Prepare and coordinate UAT incl. preparing test cases (with IT), training test users to UAT method, etc.
Responsible for localization of global reports & dashboard standards
* LM Sustain Phase
Give first-level support to DC management and operations and coordinate change requests with IT / Engineering
Incorporate LM KPIs into DC management routines, e.g. weekly KPI reviews
Assure an efficient and effective LM system usage through
o Monitoring of target achievement (overall and per area): Identify deviations and help to solve
o Check and balance for an efficient and effective report usage, incl. link to performance management
o (re-)training of operations, e.g. on how to act on deviations (root cause), how to use LM reports, how to navigate LM navigation & housekeeping
Lead improvement projects, e.g. extending the LM scope to further areas and increasing OS%
Connect with the global operations excellence community to assure global standards are applied and better practices exchanged
Assure the system is maintained up to date, incl. coordination with IT and Engineering, e.g. supporting to incorporate of new job functions / SOP changes
Ensure changes in physical flows are captured in SOPs and in the system - update the system for level 1 process changes
Ensure the system is maintained by users (monitor system health check dashboard and take actions)
Conduct training for new employees

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Demonstrated project management skills
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Computer skills: MS Office suite, MS Project, MS Visio
* Fluent in English and local language, third language is a plus
* Analytical skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
* A four-year degree from a college or university in Supply Chain, Engineering or a relevant subject preferred
* Experienced in operations & performance management
* Affinity to technology (LM system experience beneficial but not a must-have)
* Strong training and communication skills
* Ability to manage different stakeholders
* Lean qualification/experience beneficial
