- Develops policies and procedures that support and enhance the understanding of VAS programs and operational capabilities
- Drives process implementation and tracking of all changes or new requirements from customers
- Leads standardization of all value added services in order to drive efficiencies, processing speed, and cost avoidance.
- Communicates customer requirements and the penalties associated with non-compliance while negotiating for exemptions or new agreements with key internal stakeholders
- Leads the team in collaboration with L&P, factories and domestic inventory control teams to ensure full execution of all services required.
- Drives purchase requisitions for any non-standard operating service.
- Ensures all VAS tables are regularly maintained to execute as each key customer requires.
- Lead, inspire and develop a high performing team; set individual goals and targets to expand their knowledge; ensure development plans are in place

- Previous leadership experience preferred
- 4 years’ related experience (operations, customer service, compliance, supply chain management) plus an additional 2 years in a supervisory role preferred
- BA/BS in supply chain, business administration or logistics a plus. We welcome other relevant experience or a combination of education and experience to be substituted for formal education or a degree.
