What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager Digital Content position at Adidas?
- Experience in content creation, requirements and best practices across touchpoints based on digital channel plans, performance data, and priority level
- Communicate activation plans to cross-functional partners
- Align with and gather inputs from key stakeholders
- Interface with global teams, North America communications teams and internal creative studio to influence content creation and maintain best practices
- Write clear, consumer/channel insights driven creative briefs for locally led campaigns, and extend and/or adapt existing campaigns
- Provide thorough and actionable feedback during content creation process
- Execute and feedback on digital content best practices
- Manage stakeholder approvals
- Implement content plans for shared spaces on adidas.com and the adidas app in partnership with relevant stakeholders
- Deliver finished files to Performance Media, CRM, and Content Operations teams on time and in full
- Review and approve adidas.com, adidas app, CRM and Performance Media content as part of pre go-live testing
- KPI accountability for content performance
- Collaborate with Analytics team to generate learnings for future campaigns
- Understanding of eCommerce, and eCommerce activation best practices
- Knowledge of technical and creative aspects of digital ecosystem
- Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies
- Understanding of digital IT products and capabilities
- Fluent in English both verbally and written
- Strong communication skills. Must be comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various levels of large scale organization both in person and remotely

- 5 years broad marketing/digital/ecommerace experience with exposure to global clients, mix of agency and brand-side experiences preferred
- 3 years digital content experience
