Purpose & Overall Relevance of GTM team within adidas Statement :
Develop GTM plans for partnership businesses that serve brand objectives, such as driving brand heat, support of key franchises and territories, and growing market share within key distribution channels.
Sell-in preparation and functional refinement to handover "buy ready" drops / articles. Support Key In-line milestones in collaboration with central Merch team.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the Merchandising & BU team with the planning, creation and delivery of impactful sell-in and sell-out tools at key Statement milestones for your area of responsibility.
Support with volume and allocation planning for your area of responsibility, balancing targets and sell-out expectations with opportunities for demand capture.
Support delivery of impactful, on-time sell-in readiness across your area of responsibility.
Contribute towards building a strong overarching Statement activation calendar, support driving a strategic launch cadence to win the consumer, while supporting the category strategy, objectives & market requirements.
Support briefing research needs in close alignment with Insights team. Help define specific KPI's and measurements for your area of responsibility.
Support translating global brand strategy into actionable go-to-market plans encompassing different parts of the Statement ecosystem for your area of responsibility.
Support the communication of category handovers in partnership with cross functional partners to enable / facilitate markets’ understanding and implementation of the go-to-market strategy.
Create useful tools to excite and educate markets, channels, and customers, to successfully land seasonal concepts.
Support execution of Statement Franchise strategy through integrated GTM planning.
As part of GTM, support the development of a consumer touchpoint strategy approach for your area of responsibility.
Contribute to meeting alignment, deliverables & sell in readiness at milestones across your area or responsibility.
Support project work across the GTM planning team and ensure the delivery of the projects plan on time and within agreed objectives.

Understanding of go to market, brand marketing, product marketing optimal
Strong understanding of the sports & lifestyle industry, trends and competitive landscape

Ability to operate within a VUCA environment
Strong communication skills
Project management experience

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
University Degree or equivalent education required
Category Management / Ranging / Merchandising Experience or account marketing : 2-4 years relevant experience

The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $111,615.00-$122,245.00. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, proficiency for the role.
We officially returned to office in a hybrid work environment, working 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The working location of this position is Los Angeles California.
