What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dance Instructor/Choreographer position at ADIDC Dance Studio?
Are you a passionate and skilled dance instructor who loves working with students in a positive and growth-oriented environment? Our dance studio is looking for a dedicated Teacher to join our team! This role involves teaching choreography, managing classes effectively, and fostering a love of dance in students of all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective dance classes, blending levels for new and returning students.
- Prepare students according to choreography and ensure readiness for performances and competitions.
- Create and submit monthly lesson plans for approval.
- Communicate directly with parents and address escalations to the Operations Supervisor.
- Record and upload choreography videos to JackRabbit and submit performance choreography for approval three months before recital.
- Manage attendance and track work hours daily in JackRabbit.
- Maintain a safe and supervised environment, ensuring students are never left unattended.
- Foster an uplifting and growth-oriented atmosphere while holding students accountable for uniforms and behavior.

Expected hours: 1 – 7 per week
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
