JOB SUMMARY
The Aftermarket Business Analyst leads the onsite aftermarket team by monitoring and reviewing the performance of internal suppliers and their Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role involves ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded, driving performance improvements, and providing actionable insights to enhance customer support. The Aftermarket Business Analyst fosters collaboration across teams and delivers regular reports to Aftermarket Management and Senior Leadership, ensuring the highest level of aftermarket service.

- Track and analyze internal supplier performance against SLAs.
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement using performance data.
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide visibility on SLA compliance.
- Escalate and resolve SLA breaches with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal suppliers to understand challenges and implement solutions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate discussions to improve service delivery.
- Act as a point of contact for customer escalations related to aftermarket services.
- Collaborate with the aftermarket support team to align supplier performance with customer needs.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and performance.
- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring team alignment with aftermarket objectives.
- Prepare and present performance reports to Aftermarket Management and Senior Leadership.
- Recommend strategies to optimize supplier performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe, secure and legal work environment, adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Protect the confidentiality of the Company’s information and products.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned or requested.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS – Education, Knowledge, and Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management is preferred (a combination of related experience and education may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree).
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of directly related experience.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power Point, or other analytics platforms.
- Ability to identify and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of SLA frameworks and aftermarket operations (highly desirable).

Salary Range Transparency: $85,000 - $105,000 annually
