- MA Diploma must be from a program that meets accreditation standards from either CAAHEP or ABHES

- Experience with Adult and Geriatric populations - Required

- 2 Supervisory References with dates employed listed
- Medical Assistant Diploma
- Copy of required certification
- ALL RTO requests must be included at the time of submittal, NMH may not honor RTO requests after submittal
