What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator position at Adient One LLC.?
Forklift training will be provided if necessary.
The role involves both indoor and outdoor work as needed.
- Receive and process incoming orders.
- Put materials away and pick orders using RF guns and the HighJump electronic inventory system.
- Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, rolling ladders, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
- Work at heights up to approximately 20 feet.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Unload materials from trucks and move them into inventory.
- Pick and stage orders for loading onto trucks.
- Work in the yard area as needed, handling larger items like appliances and piping.
Qualifications:
- Experience with warehouse operations and inventory systems.
- Ability to operate various warehouse equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, etc.).
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
