What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Line Operator position at Adient?
PERFORMS A VARIETY OF TASKS FOR LINE OPERATIONS, PRIMARILY INVOLVING THE PREPARING, ASSEMBLY, AND STAGING OF FRAMES AND/OR COMPONENTS, ALONG WITH THE REMOVAL OF BUNS FROM MOLD LIDS AND DEMOLDING OF FOAM PARTS. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE SAFETY, MAKING QUALITY PARTS, MINIMIZING SCRAP/REPAIR, AND MAINTAINING A CLEAN WORK AREA. REQUIRED TO PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY SUPERVISOR.
- Fast pace assembly line process - manufacturing foam seating
- no skills required - we will train
- Ergonomic rotation in all areas
- Hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift - some training may take place on 1st shift
- Starting rate for the Line $19.71 - $.50 increase every 6 months
- $.50 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts
