Resource's typical working day :
Primary support for onboarding / offboarding personnel for vendor in their system
Follow process directly outlined by supervisor for onboarding and offboarding
Reviewing and responding to emails mainly regarding needed onboarding / offboarding
Must handle request in timely manner with quick response time. Performance is measured on time to complete tasks
Fast paced work environment
Weekly team meetings to connect with team
Ad Hoc requests to assist team
Looking for people in interesting in learning as there are opportunities to get involved on the team (ex. program management, data analytics, smart sheet skills sets)
Years of Experience needed : None required, Entry level role.
Level of Education : HS Diploma / GED required Preferred College Degree
Systems / Software proficiencies : Microsoft Office, Bloomberg Terminal experience would be a plus
Certifications / Licenses : NA
Top Must have Skills : Extreme Detail Orientated, Eagerness to learn, critical thinking, accountability
Top Nice to have Skills : Experience in Remote Office Work
