Resource's typical working day :
Loading, transporting, and delivering items for local customers.
Checking orders and any relevant communications with Logistic team.
Performs any left-over shipping / receiving from the previous day, prepare following days deliveries.
Leave for re-occurring scheduled pick-ups for vital customers.
Performs delivery / pick-ups for current order in region.
Returns to Keysight facilities and unloads.
Processing of units that were either picked up or shipped in utilizing Keysight's Salesforce software.
Safety testing and inspection of units for any damage.
Shipping and Receiving of any and or all required / needed duties afterward including breaking down boxes and recycling.
Lift Requirement : 50 lbs. Required
Years of Experience needed :
No experience is required, but is preferred! Candidate will be driving a client provided Ford Transit Van and must be comfortable doing operating it.
Level of Education :
H.S Diploma
Systems / Software proficiencies :
Experience with any of the following is preferred but not required : Oracle, Salesforce, eVal, GTM
Must have Hard Skill :
Prepared to be on their feet and very active each day!
Top 3 Must to have Soft Skills :
Dependable, self-starter, and team player
Nice to have Skills :
Prior driving position such as amazon, USPS, etc. or shipping / receiving experience

About the Role :
As a CBRE Driver, you will provide transportation as requested by the business. This includes picking up and delivering materials or individuals to a specified location. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.

Monday - Friday 0700 to 1600 dependent on daily requirements.
Loading, transporting, and delivering items for local customers.
Start 0800 checking orders and any relevant communications with Logistic team.
Performs any left-over shipping / receiving from the previous day, prepare following days deliveries.
1000 leave for re-occurring scheduled pick-ups for vital customers.
Performs delivery / pick-ups from 1130-1530 for current order in region.
Returns to Keysight facilities and unloads.
Processing of units that were either picked up or shipped in utilizing Keysight's Salesforce software.
Safety testing and inspection of units for any damage.
Shipping and Receiving of any and or all required / needed duties afterward including breaking down boxes and recycling.
Duties and responsibilities :
Loading, transporting, and delivering items to regional customers in a safe, timely manner.
Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete.
QC's units after calibration for proper labels, attachments, and cleanliness before delivery.
Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to pick up / deliver of customer's electronic units.
Pack and load / unload products onto truck.
Collect and return signed packing slips for deliveries.
Ensures regular maintenance of truck.
Shipping / Receiving and light warehouse duties.
Maintains Driver log of mileage and unit count per stop per day.
Performs Monthly facilities inspection and submits report to supervisor.
