What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Clerk position at AdientOne Consulting?
Candidate will be pulling purchase orders reviewing them and then entering those orders into the Sysco System for processing. Candidate must be able to process 40-50 PO's a day. Candidate must be able to work independently.

0-3 Years of Experience, This position must be well versed in using Microsoft Office Word and Excel (experience with MS Outlook, Google Docs and Oracle a plus., have strong written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable navigating and finding information on the internet. Must be organized and self-managed, flexible and able to move back and forth between multiple tasks quickly and efficiently, and experienced working in an office environment. The duties of this position include data entry (Google Docs and Salesforce), The monitoring of all cruise customer ordering platforms for purchase orders. Responsible for the processing of purchase order through A/S 400 or Bot. Requires the ability to read, write, and understand English, basic arithmetic skills and a High School diploma or equivalent.
