Resource's typical working day:
This role will be supporting up to three brokers. They will be responsible for:
- Manage calendar and handle communication within his team
- Keep Broker organized
- Know when to escalate
- Help with travel and accommodation arrangements
- Assist with expense reimbursement
- Adhoc admin task.
Years of Experience needed: 1 year of professional office experience is required ideally supporting more than one individual.
Level of Education: H.S Diploma
Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft Office Suite experience is required
Certifications/Licenses: n/a
Top Must have Skills:
- 1 year of professional office experience is required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Mature demeanor
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner
- Strong organizational skills
Top Nice to have Skills: Knowledge of Real Estate or Property Management would be GREAT!
