What are the responsibilities and job description for the Animal Housing Technician position at ADIENTONE?
We are seeking an Animal Housing Support Technician
In this role you will be working both indoors and outdoors with our animal housing (isolators).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with isolator moves between different locations
- Exposed to weather conditions (work outside)
- Remove soiled caging and other materials from isolators.
- Disassemble the isolator component parts
- Wash, rinse, and dry the isolator box/bag
- Operate industrial cage and rack washer
- The employee must regularly lift up to 50 pounds, frequently move/push 100 pounds
- Performs all job-related duties in accordance with company safety procedures
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Mechanical experience
- Forklift experience
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.75 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
