Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within our systems.
Responsibilities
Gathering information off of assets
Entering that data into a database
Learning and understanding the CMMS system (Maximo)
Coordinating with CMMS lead on the data entry
No specific experience necessary if skills are there
H.S. Diploma
Microsoft Office
Excel knowledge is a must
CMMS knowledge
Building equipment knowledge
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Utilize software to enter, edit, and retrieve data
- Create and update spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without errors
- Transcribe information into required electronic format
- Conduct clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist in research data collection as needed
Experience
- Proficiency in data entry tasks
- Familiarity with office software and systems
- Strong organizational skills to manage large volumes of data effectively
- Ability to work with spreadsheets, including pivot tables
- Experience in order entry and maintaining databases is a plus
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
