About the Role:
As a Driver, you will provide transportation as requested by the business. This includes picking up and delivering materials or individuals to a specified location. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.

Essential Functions
General Job Description
- Monday - Friday 0700 to 1600 dependent on daily requirements.
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items for local customers.
- Start 0800 checking orders and any relevant communications with Logistic team.
- Performs any left-over shipping/receiving from the previous day, prepare following days deliveries.
- 1000 leave for re-occurring scheduled pick-ups for vital customers.
- Performs delivery/pick-ups from 1130-1530 for current order in region.
- Returns to Keysight facilities and unloads.
- Processing of units that were either picked up or shipped in utilizing Keysight’s Salesforce software.
- Safety testing and inspection of units for any damage.
- Shipping and Receiving of any and or all required/needed duties afterward including breaking down boxes and recycling.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to regional customers in a safe, timely manner.
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete.
- QC’s units after calibration for proper labels, attachments, and cleanliness before delivery.
- Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to pick up/deliver of customer’s electronic units.
- Pack and load/unload products onto truck.
- Collect and return signed packing slips for deliveries.
- Ensures regular maintenance of truck.
- Shipping/Receiving and light warehouse duties.
- Maintains Driver log of mileage and unit count per stop per day.
- Performs Monthly facilities inspection and submits report to supervisor.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
