Schedule: 4 day Work Week (32 hours) 8 hour shift, 4 days a week Monday - Saturday (manager at this time doesn't know what the days offs will be)
6AM - 2PM
Environment: they could be working on Dry Dock/Cooler Dock 40 degrees/Freezer 0 to -5 degrees. Location will provided clothes for freezer, but for cooler dock candidate will need to bring a hoodie. Depending on where the work is needed is where they will work.

Equipment: electric pallet jack
They will come in and be given an order and they would need to manage that. Once everything has been completed they will handoff to loaders. They will NOT be wrapping or loading.
Manager prefer someone in food selection or grocery, but not mandatory.
Manager said this location is not like Amazon, so they don't want to see candidates with that background. They've found people who worked for Amazon and then come to this location do not last since the selector roles are completely different.

0-3 Years of Experience, Responsible for operating an electric pallet jack, selecting the correct products from warehouse racking, labeling product using SOS label technology, palletizing product as it is selected to build customer orders, and delivering product to the dock in a safe and efficient manner. Hand selects orders within various warehouse environments of fluctuating temperatures, including Dry, Cooler, and Freezer, operates assigned SOS unit to create labels, correctly places labels on product, stacks product on pallets in accordance with proper selecting procedures (e.g., no stacking heavy-on-light, labels facing out, etc.), stages pallets for loading on proper dock locations, stretch-wraps product on loading dock, maintains and safely operates all assigned equipment, including but not limited to pallet jack, SOS unit, and personal protective equipment, and performs pre and post-trip inspections of equipment. Must follow \preferred work methods at all times and follow sanitation requirements in order to comply with policy set forth by \and by AIB (American Institute of Baking). This position requires working until all products are accurately selected and loaded including potential overtime on holidays and weekends. Essential skills include the ability to meet or exceed minimum efficiency levels established through an engineered production standard, working rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift in a fast paced environment, meeting or exceeding established cases per error goals, and developing a good working knowledge of product, placement, and inventory control techniques and procedures. Basic requirements include being over the age of 18, the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English as it relates to the job and safety requirements, basic arithmetic skills, and adequate physical fitness to lift up to 100 lbs regularly. Preferred requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent. Reports to Night Warehouse Manager / Supervisor.
