Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Training Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Duties
- Design and deliver training programs using various methods and techniques
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop suitable programs
- Manage the full training cycle, from needs analysis to evaluation
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs
- Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging training materials
- Oversee talent management initiatives related to employee development
- Conduct research to stay current with industry trends and best practices
- Provide guidance on HR sourcing strategies for training purposes
Experience
- Proven experience in training development and delivery
- Strong background in instructional design and technical writing
- Familiarity with learning management systems, such as Workday and SharePoint
- Excellent conflict management skills
- Ability to educate, mentor, and coach employees at all levels
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
