Job Description: As a Company’s Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for providing overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings.
Resource's typical working day:
- Vendor management
- Light maintenance responsibilities
- Scheduling maintenance
- Financials, operations budgets, capital planning
- Interface with business unit as needed
- Work orders, setups, janitorial
- Contract management, janitorial, HVAC
Must Have Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years FM experience
- FM related experience
Nice to have skills:
- Good communication skills
- Good financial acumen
- Computer skills, excel, PowerPoint
Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years
Education: High School Diploma
Software skills: MS Office Suite
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $36.00 per hour
