What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Coordinate and prioritize concrete projects to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for all framing work.
- Regular inspections of materials.
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure effective project coordination.
- Manage inventory levels of materials, coordinating with the procurement team to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices.
- At least 5 years of construction experience.
- Basic understanding of Standard Building Code Requirements
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and computer applications for project management and reporting.
