JOB DESCRIPTION
Production Supervisor sought to run our fiberglass production. The production supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day production operations of the boat lamination and painting process areas. The position will report directly to the President and have a team of 5-7 direct reports. It is expected 70-90% of duties will be assisting in boat production. Primary accountability includes safety, quality, production schedule attainment, and continuous improvement of process efficiency.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The production supervisor must be able to stand for long periods of time. They must also be able to bend, kneel, reach, and lift up-to 75lbs. during boat production activities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The production supervisor will be working with hazardous materials requiring Personal Protective Equipment and handling specifications. Safety PPE requirements include respirators, Tyvek suit, chemical gloves, leather gloves, and safety glasses which are provided by the employer. Temperature of the working environment is generally 65-80 degrees.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
$50,000-$75,000 a year depending on experience and a quarterly bonus based on attaining identified productions goals.
Six (6) paid holidays. Vacation accrual after 6 months at 10 days per year.
