Join our team!! Adira Nursing and Rehab is seeking a highly motivated individual for the Director of Nursing, to lead our skilled nursing team in treating our patients and residents. This role will report directly to the Administrator.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
- Assume responsibility and accountability for nursing and clinical services.
- Oversee quality of life, experience, nursing services, clinical outcomes, and discharge planning for patients.
- Oversee staff recruitment, staff retention, scheduling, overtime, and morale in conjunction with Administrator.
- Oversee infection control, restorative nursing, in-servicing, training, continued education, and harmonious workplace.
- Customer service.
- Enforcement of policies and procedures, federal and state compliance.
- Lead by example by promoting positive morale within their department and throughout the facility by smiling and greeting residents, families and all employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
