Position Summary
The Clinical Lead provides leadership to the Operating Room through a collaborative/team approach and manages the over-all nursing functions of the Operating Room. Manages the nursing staff of the Operating Room and provides direction, leadership, and assistance. As a Registered Nurse, the Clinical Lead is an integral member of the multidisciplinary team.

Educational Requirements/ Qualifications
- Current NYS License, graduate of an accredited school of nursing, minimum of one-year acute care nursing experience
- BSN Preferred or AND with 2 years’ experience
- ACLS certification within one year of hire
- PALS certification within two years of hire
- AORN Certification preferred
- Previous supervisory/management experience preferred.
