Position Summary:
Provide technical support for in-house hospital information system, network, and personal computers.
Educational Requirements/Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors degree in computer field strongly preferred. Proven ability to install and troubleshoot PC hardware and operating systems including; Windows XP/Vista/7. Broad knowledge of PC software particularly Microsoft Office, Back-up Exec, anti-virus programs, Internet browsers, e-mail clients, etc. Experience supporting traditional host-based and client/server applications. Familiarity with network infrastructure including shared and switched Ethernet, TCP/IP protocol, hardware devices and cabling, telecommunications, etc.
