Responsibilities
- Safety compliance: Enforcing safety regulations, conducting safety inspections, and promoting a safe working environment.
- Managing production team: Overseeing and directing production workers, assigning tasks, approving time worked, ensuring established procedures are followed.
- Employee training and development:
- Providing training to new employees on production processes and safety procedures.
- Conducting Performance & Development Reviews
- Production adherence: Adhering to detailed production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize resource utilization.

- High school diploma or GED required
