Summary :

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience working with software engineers to develop comprehensive

troubleshooting guides and other self-service documentation. This role is crucial in aiding new engineers and support personnel to efficiently understand and address technical issues.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with software engineers and other technical team members to gather
• information and develop clear and concise troubleshooting guides.
• Create and maintain various self-service documentation, including FAQs, how-to
• guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company
• standards and best practices.
• Review and edit existing documentation to enhance clarity, consistency, and overall
• quality.
• Work closely with the support team to identify common issues and create
• documentation to address these problems proactively.
• Use technical knowledge to translate complex technical concepts into easily
• understandable content for various audiences.
• Conduct research and interviews to gather information from subject matter experts.
• Participate in peer reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve
• documentation quality.
• Requirements :
• 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a software development
• environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in using documentation tools and software, such as MS Word,
• Confluence, and Markdown editors.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communication, Computer Science, or a
• related field.

Pay Transparency :

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is : $57.00 -$62.00 per hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
