After Market Product Professional - I

Payrate: $40.00 – 42.00/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Planning/forecasting, pricing, sales program management and aftermarket product management.
• This position will ensure that all aftermarket strategies and programs are in alignment with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Operations and Distribution.
  
  

Customer facing experience with track record handling a high volume of customer queries via tickets/ seller platforms.

Requirements:

• Able to navigate multiple different platforms in order to solve customer queries related to the order journey. Handle queries, most common queries are ‘ Where is my stuff’, ‘Where is my refund’.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using SAP, Order Manager tools and Excel.
• Confident working independently covering weekends and alternate shifts to team in Ireland. Hours will shift for the week to support the weekend.
• A solutions focused individual who can use their initiative when faced with complex or ambiguous challenges.
• Handling WFM tickets.
  
  

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
