What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analyst/Developer - General 1 position at Aditi Consulting?
Summary :
Subject matter experts will provide content, and a library of existing content is available to replicate. Position will provide opportunity to participate in a newer initiative to modernize and elevate organization's training goals.
Typical Day :
- Create engaging e-learning modules using Articulate 360
- Follow instructional design guidelines and content storyboards
- Connect with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to address content questions
- Take feedback and make edits to e-learning modules
- Manage multiple projects and keep track of project status
- Work with Global Dealer learning to get modules updated in Client's online training catalog
- Create product Tip Sheets
- Maintain Client's Training page
- Manage training campaigns
- Provide admin support with webinar training
- Monitor training results

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
