Project Description :
As a Business Analyst Contract Worker, you will support the day-to-day processes to ensure consistent execution of store and virtual activities including sales, merchandising, training, and demonstrations. You will work to align cross-functional data integrity across partnerships within and within key vendors and providers. You will work closely with our Category Sales Enablement, Finance, Data Science, and IT / DAT teams along with other internal departments and partners.
Position Summary / Job Description :
- Cross-Functional team engagement
Work with multiple internal teams to support a consistent experience for the entire workforce (employees and the Vendor / Provider representatives).
Support the consistency and development of vendor and provider programs in stores directly with key external partners.
Identify, research, and implement improvements to processes supporting the workforce and customer experiences. This is inclusive of, and not limited to, reporting automation, communication cadences, cross functional support and ownership of tasks, and DAT(IT) integrations.
Communicate with the field in response to their feedback and escalations around provider support.
Provide accurate reporting to internal and external partners.

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is : $26.67-$26.67per hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
