Role: Product Designer

Job Description:
- We are seeking experienced designers with 5 years of experience in an agency or consultancy environment.
- The ideal candidate will be self-directed and have a strong ability to recognize patterns, while also demonstrating
- excellent synthesis skills. A key responsibility will be applying and creating design patterns to solve complex
- problems effectively.
- Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create highly effective user-focused experiences and interfaces across a variety of environments (mobile,web apps, dashboards, etc.)
- Create and maintain design documentation including wireframes, user flows, information architecture, and interaction design
- Collaborate with a wide range of staff members to develop concepts into features during the software development lifecycle
- Create and demonstrate interactive prototypes, and validate designs with product team, stakeholders, and users
- Collaborate with other team members to understand customer needs and interpret them into design elements
- Stay up to date on industry and user experience trends, best practices, and technology and promote them
- within the larger UX team.
Top 3 Must have:
- Excellent visual design skills
- High level of craft, polish around craft
- Experience with product design
Skills:
- Proficient in Figma
- Expert skill in Photoshop and be fluent in Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other creative wireframes
- A working knowledge of XHTML/CSS.
- A verifiable portfolio of web application design, including great web interfaces is preferred
Daily Responsibilities:
- Gain familiarity with Client and checkout offerings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and align
- expectations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop and refine the UI toolkit.
- Identify and explore upsell opportunities.
- Take a self-directed approach to design and development tasks.
- Continuously build and enhance design systems and UI components
