Summary:
The main function of this role is to receive and validate product return requests, return order entry and subsequent communications with assigned accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
Order Entry (Manual | Excel Upload)
Maintaining account requests via shared outlook inbox
Validating sales history and other details in ERP system
Communicate with customers of RA status while supporting inquiries and changes
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and be efficient with time management.
Ability to accurately enter return orders
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (Individual/Shared).
Education/Experience:
Completed Bachelor’s Degree
SAP
5 Years Work Experience in Related Business Field
Excel (VLOOKUP | Pivot tables)\

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $18.00 -$24.00 per hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
